Chastain-Skillman's Architectural Department has experience
in a variety of projects including residential, commercial,
institutional and industrial structures for both public and
private clients. Our expertise in renovations and adaptive
reuse as well as new construction is beneficial to many of
our clients who want to compare the reuse of an existing
building with construction of a new facility. Also, in conjunction
with our Environmental Risk Management staff, we can offer
a complete package of professional services for abatement
and renovation of buildings with asbestos, lead or indoor
environmental quality problems.
Most building construction projects require surveying, site
engineering and structural engineering in addition to architectural
design. Chastain-Skillman provides these and other
services "in-house" for a timely and coordinated
project. We approach each project as a unique opportunity
