January 13, 2010 CSI Awarded Tarpons Springs Sewer Expansion CSI will provide project management, data collection and analysis, design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, bid phase and construction phase services. Over two phases, the project will add a total 9,500 LF of sewer, a pump (or lift) station, and 250 LF of force main, providing sewer service to 150 additional homes and the City-owned Highland Nature Park. top>>

December 20, 2009 Dr. Chastain Lectures at UF Dr. Jim Chastain, PE recently presented two lectures on Quantitative Health Risk Assessment to several classes in the University of Florida’s Environmental Engineering Department. The lectures to graduate and honors undergraduate classes were part of the courses’ effort to show the interrelation of environmental pollution and the relative impact on human health. top>>
December 05, 2009 New Well and Water Treatment Plant Improvements for Wauchula CSI recently completed design of new infrastructure to improve water supply, treatment, and storage for the City. The project includes a new potable supply well, raw water transmission main, aerators, clearwell, and an overhaul of the water plant’s electrical system. CSI worked closely with City staff to secure American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding for the $4 million project. Construction is anticipated to begin in December 2009. top>>
