  Senior Project Manager, Water and Wastewater.
BS in Civil Engineering required. MS preferred. Florida PE with 12 to 20 years experience. Municipal wastewater treatment plant and linear infrastructure (collection and distribution piping and pump stations) study and design experience. Capable of performing direct design work as well as providing QA/QC of other's work. High energy with pleasant and professional demeanor. Requres strong mix of business development, technical, business management and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Proven track record managing projects profitability. Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects. Demonstrated understanding of the need for proper project documentation. Comfortable making initial calls and visits with existing and prospective clients, and writing proposals. Must have worked in a consulting firm and understand the consulting firm business model. LEED certification a plus. This position is in Lakeland. Must be willing to relocate and live in this area. Relocation assistance provided.
 
  Senior Project Manager, Civil Land Development.
BS in Civil Engineering required. MS preferred. Florida PE with 12 to 20 years experience. Commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use land development design and permitting. Must understand and be capable of managing the entire Florida land development process from due diligence and land use/rezoning through final design and permitting. Capable of performing direct design work as well as providing QA/QC of other's work. High energy with pleasant and professional demeanor. Requires strong mix of business development, technical, business management and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Proven track record managing projects profitability. Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects. Demonstrated understanding of the need for proper project documentation.   Project Engineers – Land Development – 6 to 14 years experience
MS preferred, BS in Civil Engineering with good academic record a minimum. 6 to 14 years experience in engineering consulting industry. Florida experience required. Those with experience working only with a developer or a government agency will not qualify. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required. Must be a registered Florida PE or be capable of obtaining Florida PE within six months of hire. This position is based in Lakeland, Florida.
 
  Hydrogeologist – 2 to 5 years experience
BS in Geology with 2 to 5 years experience working on site assessments and remedial actions related to petroleum contamination, hazardous waste and Brownfield sites in the State of Florida. FDEP Pre-approval Program experience a plus. Must be energetic with a strong work ethic, have a history of strong academic performance, excellent English communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be willing to travel, as needed, sometimes on short notice. Positions may be based in Lakeland or Tampa, Florida.
 
  Engineering Interns – Water and Wastewater Linear Infrastructure and Treatment Process Design
MS preferred, BS with good academic record a minimum. 2 to 6 years experience including hands-on design experience in municipal linear infrastructure and/or process treatment design. Earned an Engineering Intern (E.I.) status. Modeling experience a plus. This position is based in Lakeland, Florida.
