Regional Office Manager – Orlando, FL
P & L responsibility for an office of approximately 8 personnel. Responsible for business development to grow the office, serving as client liaison, performing project management and technical work, and personnel management (seller/doer model). Minimum 15 years relevant experience, with a strong background in water/wastewater process design, linear infrastructure design, and water resources. Land development design and/or permitting experience a plus. PE license is required. Must be able to obtain Florida PE within one year of hire. The current manager is still in place. Once the new manager is identified, the incumbent will be transitioning to a position of greater responsibility. Proven track record of successful office start-up and growth is desirable. Florida experience is very important, but would consider others. Recent experience working in a consulting firm a must.
Project Managers – Land Development – Lakeland, FL
15 to 25 years experience in commercial and residential land development design. Must have some experience working within an A/E firm (i.e., those with experience working only with a developer or a government agency will not qualify). Strong knowledge of the entire land development process from land use/rezoning through final design and permitting. Must be a registered PE. Capable of obtaining Florida PE within one year of hire. Capable of managing projects, including budgeting and scheduling, and performing technical design work. Excellent project management, communications, and presentations skills. Florida experience highly preferred.
Engineering Interns – Land Development – Orlando, FL
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; 2 to 6 years experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential land development engineering; earned an Engineering Intern (E.I.) status; be able to apply zoning and land use regulations of various Municipalities and Counties to site plan and/or subdivision design; have a working knowledge of some of the industry standard technical software applications such as AutoCAD, LDD, Ponds, Modret, ICPR, HydraFlow, or Storm CAD; have experience with water and sewer utility design; and an understanding of land development permitting process. Experience working within an A/E firm a plus. Florida experience highly preferred.

Practice Area Leader – Water Resources – Lakeland, FL, Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL 20 to 30 years experience in Water Resources including water supply, water quality, TMDL, demand management, and modeling capabilities and experience. BS minimum; MS preferred. Matrix responsibility for providing strategic leadership across the company in this practice area. Also responsible across the company for business development, serving as senior client liaison, project management, quality control, and performing billable technical work. Florida experience highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and drive. Must have some experience working within an A/E firm and understand the business model. Proven track record of practice area growth very important.
Remedial Design Engineer – Contamination Assessment and Remediation – Lakeland, FL or Tampa, FL 10 to 20 years experience in turnkey contamination assessment and remediation of petroleum and hazardous waste sites, including detailed design of remedial actions. Must be a PE capable of sealing remedial design drawings. Must be able to obtain Florida PE within six months of hire. State of Florida Petroleum Clean-Up Program experience highly preferred. Strong project management and business development skills a plus.
Industrial Hygienists – Tampa, FL 1 to 12 years experience conducting field work and preparing reports pertaining to Industrial Hygiene Assessments, Exposure Monitoring, Indoor Air Quality, asbestos, and lead based paint. Prefer CIH or individual on track to obtain CIH within a short period of time. Task management, project management, and business development skills required for more senior levels.
Project Manager – Land Survey PSM, Lakeland, FL 10 to 20 years relevant experience in land surveying, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, construction staking, and other relative surveying services. PSM license is required. If licensed in another state, applicant must be able to obtain Florida PSM license within one year of hire. Strong schedule and budget management skills, and client liaison skills. Strong knowledge of leading edge technologies applicable to field data collection, data processing, and mapping. Willing to travel, as needed.
