Chastain-Skillman, Inc. (CSI) has utilized GIS technologies, currently ESRI ArcEditor 9.3, for over 10 years to assist in the design of various projects, site selection and development of reports, such as Master Plans. In that time, we've developed a substantial in-house data library, which allows us to expedite the research process and provide better solutions for our clients. We've also built relationships with external data providers and have access to a large number of data repositories to quickly obtain additional GIS information.
